Our crawler discovers thousands of reachable Bitcoin nodes. The actual number is higher as many nodes operate behind firewalls without accepting incoming connections.

Q: What hardware do I need for a Bitcoin node?

Minimum requirements: 1 TB SSD, 8 GB RAM, and a stable internet connection. A Raspberry Pi 5 or any low-power mini-PC works well. Initial sync takes 1-3 days.
